Who is Alvin?
I work in IT, primarily in the End User Computing space. I created this blog to start documenting some of the things that I do. Some of this will be work related, some of it will be personal projects.

- Design Windows 10 SOE for the Department of Education WA

- Start up, Log on, Log off and Shut down scripts to work with existing bespoke self service tools

- Windows 10 Feature Update process
- Work with business to get Windows 10 Feature Update process designed
- Provide end users the ability to install the newer Feature Updates on workstations
- Provide business units the ability to mass install Windows 10 Feature Updates, either as an instant or scheduled action
- Provide reports on the progress of Feature Update installation
- PowerShell, SCCM, SSRS
- Serverless Sites
- Incorporate Serverless Sites into our operational SOE
- Lead effort to update all provisioning scripts used to manage sites

- Provide guidance and direction to junior technicians
- Oversee multiple high priority bodies of work
- Align the teams operations with industry trends
- Presentations for business stakeholders
